This is a 6.02-carat heart-shaped blue Sri Lankan natural sapphire pendant, set in handmade platinum. The piece was newly manufactured by David Gross Group. In addition to the stunning sapphire centerpiece, this pendant also features diamonds and comes with a GRS report verifying the quality and origin of the heart-shaped sapphire.
